Luis Díaz nears Bayern move: €75M deal could run through 2030

Luis Díaz edging closer to Bayern: €75M offer and deal until 2030

Bayern Munich are stepping up their pursuit of Luis Díaz. The German giants are reportedly ready to submit a €75 million bid to Liverpool for the Colombian winger, who is believed to have reached a preliminary agreement to sign a deal running until 2030.

Díaz, a key figure at Liverpool in recent seasons, appears open to a new challenge. According to transfer expert Nicolò Schira, talks are progressing well, and Bayern are eager to finalize the transfer soon.

Their initial bid of €67.5 million was turned down, but Bayern have now raised their offer, aware that Díaz’s desire is to wear the shirt of the Bavarian powerhouse.

German outlet Bild reports that the proposed contract could span four seasons (until 2029), although other sources suggest a five-year deal through 2030. His salary is expected to be around €14 million per season, plus performance-related bonuses.

Bayern now have a clear path after Barcelona withdrew from the race due to the high cost of the deal. The Catalan club had Díaz high on their list but have since secured Marcus Rashford. Meanwhile, Liverpool have moved quickly to sign Hugo Ekitike as a potential replacement.

With the pieces falling into place, Díaz’s move to Allianz Arena looks increasingly likely. Bayern are expected to meet with Liverpool representatives this week to finalize terms, and an agreement could be reached soon.
